Less standing
on the sidelines.
Travel costs can be a big decision for families. Fundraising gives your club another way to work towards the experience, whether your goal is to help with deposits, travel or the shared team budget.
One option is Double Good, an online popcorn fundraiser. Your team shares its stores with supporters, who order directly. Double Good handles payment and delivery, so coaches and parents do not need to store stock or distribute orders.

Agree what you’re funding.
Choose a target linked to your tour budget. Decide who will organise the campaign and how the money will be allocated before asking families to join.
Set up your fundraiser.
Use Double Good’s app to schedule the campaign and invite participants. Allow at least ten days to prepare, and check the payout timing against your tour payment dates.
Share the reason for the trip.
Participants create their Pop-Up Stores and share them with friends and family. Explain where the team is going, what players will experience and how each purchase helps.
Before you start
Frequently
asked questions.
Which teams is this option for?
Double Good is an option for US-based teams, with orders shipped to US addresses. Teams based elsewhere can contact Iconz to discuss their tour budget and explore other fundraising ideas.
Does fundraising change our tour payment dates?
No. Your agreed tour payment schedule still applies. Plan backwards from your next payment date and allow time for the fundraiser to finish and the proceeds to reach your organisation.
Who receives and allocates the proceeds?
Double Good pays the participating organisation. Before launching, your club should agree who manages the account and whether the proceeds support the whole team or individual player costs. Funds are not automatically applied to your Iconz booking.
Is there a guaranteed amount we will raise?
No. Results depend on participation and sales. Set a realistic target and treat fundraising as a contribution towards your tour costs.
Do we need to book an Iconz tour before planning?
You can explore fundraising while considering a tour. Agree the likely trip cost and timing with Iconz before setting a goal or telling families what fundraising might cover.
